Consumer electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers, and smart wearable devices require high assembly accuracy and consistency. The core applications of this device include:
Micro component dispensing and soldering: In the soldering of SMD (Surface Mount Devices) such as chips (CPU, GPU), resistors, capacitors, etc. on mobile phone motherboards, the equipment applies flux or conductive adhesive through high-precision dispensing heads, and then completes reflow soldering or laser soldering at the soldering station to ensure that there is no virtual soldering even when the solder joint diameter is as small as 0.1mm.
Camera module assembly: At the junction where the lens of the mobile phone camera is attached to the sensor, UV glue is first applied to fix it. After the soldering station completes the wiring and welding, the detection module scans the thickness of the glue layer (error ≤± 0.005mm) and the integrity of the solder joints through 3D vision to avoid loosening of the lens due to insufficient glue.
Earphone battery soldering: When connecting the micro lithium battery of TWS earphones to the PCB board, the device first applies conductive silver glue to enhance conductivity, and then laser welds to fix it. The detection station uses infrared thermal imaging to check the overheated area during the soldering process to prevent battery damage.
2、 Automotive electronics field
Automotive electronic components need to withstand harsh environments such as high temperatures and vibrations, and the reliability advantage of the equipment is significant
Vehicle mounted sensor welding: For example, the pins of reverse radar sensors and tire pressure monitoring sensors are welded to the circuit board. The equipment operates synchronously at multiple stations, first applying high-temperature resistant adhesive (such as epoxy adhesive) at the root of the pins, and then soldering for reinforcement. The detection module uses X-ray inspection to check for internal voids in the solder joints (void rate should be ≤ 5%).
Automotive wiring harness joint processing: At the welding point between the terminals and wires of the automotive wiring harness, waterproof glue (such as silicone rubber) is applied and sealed at the dispensing station. After ultrasonic welding is completed at the soldering station, the testing station conducts an air tightness test to ensure that the waterproof level of the joint reaches IP67.
Assembly of ECU (Electronic Control Unit): In the welding of capacitor and inductor components of automotive engine ECU, the equipment first applies glue to fix the components to prevent vibration and detachment. After soldering, AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) is used to identify defects such as solder bridging and insufficient soldering, ensuring driving safety.
3、 Industrial Control and Medical Device Field
Industrial sensor assembly: In the connection between the chip and the base of temperature and pressure sensors, the dispensing station applies thermal conductive adhesive (with a thermal conductivity coefficient of ≥ 2.0W/(m · K)), the soldering station completes wire bonding, and the detection module verifies the soldering conductivity through resistance testing.
Medical equipment circuit boards: such as PCB boards for monitors and infusion pumps, the equipment must meet the requirements of a clean room. Medical grade UV glue (compliant with ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards) is used for dispensing, and after soldering, AOI+SPI (solder paste inspection) double verification is passed to ensure no solder paste offset or leakage.
4、 In the field of new energy electronics
Lithium battery lug welding: In the welding of lithium battery cell lugs and busbars, the equipment first applies solder flux to remove the oxide layer. The soldering station uses laser welding (solder joint heat affected zone ≤ 0.5mm), and the testing station conducts tensile testing (solder joint tensile force ≥ 5N) and visual inspection to avoid battery heating caused by virtual welding.
Assembly of photovoltaic inverter components: When the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) in the inverter is connected to the heat sink, the dispensing station applies heat dissipation silicone grease (thickness controlled at 0.1-0.2mm), and after soldering, the detection module confirms the heat dissipation performance through infrared temperature measurement to ensure long-term stable operation of the inverter.
