Working principle: Two independent servo motors are used to drive two precision screws to rotate, and the glue is quantitatively pushed out from their respective sealed chambers. The screw outputs a fixed volume of glue per rotation, independent of the viscosity of the glue, with a control accuracy of ± 1%. By controlling the speed, direction, and number of rotations of the motor, the output amount and ratio of adhesive A and B can be accurately controlled to achieve correct adhesive supply.
2. Structural composition
Valve body: It is usually made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel, to form a channel for the flow of glue. The interior is designed with high-precision chambers and channels to ensure smooth flow and correct control of glue.
Screw: It is a key component that drives glue, usually made of hard alloy or specially treated steel, with high-precision spiral shape and surface smoothness.
